About the Founder

I have assisted, mentored, counseled, coached and trained over 2,000 small business owners, from launch to millions in sales. Today, 70% of my clients are solopreneurs and micropreneurs, from launch to mid-six figures in sales.

I founded and sold several small businesses during my career as a court reporter as I moved around the country with my family. Next I served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization for over 9 years in Northern Virginia, working with the public to launch and grow small businesses. During that time I also taught Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, and Business 101.

In 2016 I founded Startup to Growth, and later MEG (My Entrepreneurial Growth) Community, where small businesses come to grow.

Business Blueprint | Business Plan Course, designed for business owners within their first five years of operation. We work together, dig deeper into what you want your business to become, and have fun along the way. You come out of class with an action plan, a blueprint for your business launch or growth!

Dedicated mastermind groups: for startups (1 to 3 years in business) and for growth companies (3+ years in business)

In true Napoleon Hill fashion, members commit to helping themselves and their fellow members grow (or launch) their businesses. Our groups meet for one year. Members begin by completing a needs assessment and setting the goals they commit to achieve during their year together. The member presentation agenda is set, and members meet twice a month for one year, all moving forward to success.

Services by MEG (My Entrepreneurial Growth) Community

Think of a mini-mastermind group with a water cooler vibe. MEG Community was created for solopreneurs and microprenurs. It is where serious-minded business owners gather online up to twice a week for support, education, collaboration and inspiration - all leading to ACTION.

MEG is organic in nature and there is no set agenda. Members get to know each other and their businesses. They ask questions and gain fresh perspectives.

Membership Plans:

Premier Tree (two meetings per week; quarterly or annual subscriptions)

Branch (one meeting per week; monthly subscription)
