This is an honest, realistic approach to thinking through your business, one step at a time, and writing your business plan.  In our live classes, we cover in presentation format:

• Strategy (Mission, Vision, Goals & Objectives)
• Products and Services
• Marketing
• Management/Operations
• Financials

Class Interaction: 

You will have opportunities throughout the course to ask questions and get feedback from your instructor and your classmates.  If you complete your homework, you will come out of this Boot Camp with a business plan.
